Gjensidige Onboarding
Apart from the technical onboarding to the team, new employees also go through a range of Gjensidige- and T&I-wide onboarding activities. Some are common for both Oslo and Vilnius, and some are location specific.
Logging hours​
Teams in T&I are, in a way, consultancies for the business units. We therefore charge all our project hours to Jira-codes in Tempo.

Onboarding to T&I consists of a range of meetings where you are introduced to important departments. You will be invited in Outlook.
Gym & Locker​
The gym in Oslo is located on the U2 floor in the SG23 building and can be accessed by scanning your access card. If you want to use a permanent locker in the basement to store gym equipment, you should reserve a locker as soon as possible. This can be done by following this link: Locker Reservation
